Shipping Charges and Delivery Schedule

Delivery schedule: Items will be shipped internationally from Japan. In principle, it usually takes approximately 5 business days to inspect and arrange shipment of your order.
However, due to stock conditions, there is a possibility that the dispatch of your order is delayed. We will send you a "Shipping Confirmation" and EMS tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery by EMS normally takes between 5-7 days.
* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
(Customs are decided by the custom authority. Please ask the custom authority for custom amount and other questions.)

* PAYMENT IS A MUST AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER.
We only ship to the mailing address registered to the PayPal account from which we receive payment.
Please make sure your PayPal mailing address is current and correct.
We use Japan EMS shipping service.
The shipping charge including full value of insurance by EMS will be:
Asia (7-14 days): 1,400 YEN~
USA, Australia, Canada (7-12 days) : 1,400 YEN~
Europe United Kingdom ,Germany, France Rissian Federation (7-12 days) : 2,200 YEN~
After shipping, I will provide the tracking number and its website. No DHL or UPS. I do not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia, Kazakhstan due to EMS advice and problem of shipping safety to those countries. Import duties and any related charges will be paid by the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any delay in shipping caused by the custom. The seller is not responsible for uninsured package in case of loss.
Return & Exchanges
If the products you receive are different from those ordered or if they are in anyway damaged, soiled or defective, be sure to notify us to this effect by email within eight days of receiving the products. We will immediately exchange the products and pay the return postage costs. However, we will not accept returns or exchange products in the following cases:
(1) If the product has been opened or used.
(2) If the product is not in its original packaging (bag or case).
(3) If the product has been scratched, soiled or damaged whilst in your possession.
(4) If you fail to notify us within eight days of receiving the product.
